How It Works

1. Submit a Referral: Know a condominium property that could benefit from Imperial’s professional management? Refer it to us using our Proposal Request Form. Be sure to include your name in the referral section.
2. We Secure the Management: When Imperial Properties starts managing the referred condominium property, you’ll receive one month of your condo fees paid by us—applied directly to your unit.
